an associate professor of history at the University of Colorado,
Boulder.
Andrew R. L. Cayton, Distinguished Professor at Miami University
of Ohio, has written and edited a number of award-winning books,
including Frontier Indiana, which was named a Choice Outstanding
Academic Book.
