刘亮，苏州大学副教授，经济学博士，主要研究货币政策与金融监管，主要讲授货币银行学、国际金融学等课程，讲授经验丰富。曾主持过科技金融推动苏州经济科技发展的对策建议研究，苏州市软科学项目；曾编著多本教材。
